Converseon expands into Nordic countries
The new entity, which is headquartered in Copenhagen, will operate across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland.
Converseon CEO Rob Key (pictured) said: “The Nordic region is an ideal platform to expand our social media solutions given the deep level of social media usage, quality of team talent and the desire of leading brands here to embrace the power of social media in a serious way.”
Key added that the firm had been working with clients in the region for more than a year before the official launch. Managing partner Jan Mortensen will lead the new Nordic operation.
Along with the move, Converseon’s Conversation Miner tool will be made available in Nordic languages.
