Conjointly receives ICO certification for sampling

The certification confirms that Conjointly’s sampling services, which include predefined panels overseen by its team and its automated self-serve sample, conform to the standards of ISO 20252:2019.
Conjointly’s ISO 20252:2019 certification covers Annex A (Sampling) only. Conjointly is not attested for other Annexes.
The 20252 ISO standard for market, opinion and social research is an international benchmark that establishes terms, definitions and service requirements for businesses.
Nik Samoylov, founder of Conjointly, said: “Research suppliers, pressed between a weakened consumer economy and AI fomo, are desperately pushing wasteful alternatives to talking to real people, such as so-called AI synthetic personas and AI bots that fill surveys without giving anything meaningful to research buyers and decision-makers.
“Throughout the ISO certification process, we emphasised that Conjointly’s sample is made of real people and we go to extreme pains to eliminate suspicious entries.”
