UK, NORWAY & US – Market research software provider Confirmit has launched an employee research solution, Employee Pulse.
The product allows users within businesses to create surveys that provide feedback from employees, either via company-wide surveys or ad-hoc programmes to identify specific issues.
Teams can use the platform to map the structure of their company within the context of an integrated human resources information system (HRIS). It also uses text analytics to derive insights from unstructured feedback.
Terry Lawlor, executive vice-president of product management at Confirmit, said the new tool allows businesses to “easily seek feedback in ways that are meaningful to their work area, but within a clearly-defined governance framework that ensures high-quality data and insights.”
