UK, AUSTRALIA & NORWAY – Market research software business Confirmit has appointed Andrew Farries as director of customer experience consulting, based in Australia.
Previously head of customer strategy at the National Australia Bank, Farries (pictured) has also held positions at MLC Australia, Optus and the Commonwealth Bank.
In the new role, he will be based in the company’s Sydney office, working with clients in Australia and New Zealand.
Confirmit launched a direct sales presence in Australia in 2015 with the acquisition of Information Research Management.
The company recently promoted Chris Brown to vice-president of global CX consulting, leading a customer experience team across the US, EMEA and Asia Pacific.
Brown said: “We’re delighted to welcome Andrew on board as part of our expanding team of CX consultants. As a consulting group, our focus is on empowering clients to turn their CX visions into a reality and Andrew’s experience and expertise will be key to delivering that to our clients in Australia and New Zealand.”
