US – Media evaluation business Comscore has agreed to provide Florida-based television company Sun Broadcasting with access to its local television measurement currency.
The agreement between the two companies will allow Sun Broadcasting to increase the sample size of its audience measurement in south Florida from 400 households to more than 300,000.
Sun Broadcasting is based in Fort Myers, Florida, and runs the television stations WXCW-TV, WUVF-TV and WANA-TV.
Jim Schwartzel, president of Sun Broadcasting, said: “We look forward to using Comscore to more accurately purchase syndicated programming, adjusting our schedules, accurately targeting on-air promotional campaigns and design highly-effective advertising schedules with our local agency and advertising partners.”
