GLOBAL— ISO 20252, the international quality standard for market, opinion and social research, has been revised for the first time since its publication four years ago.
The standard has been appraised in light of new and emerging technologies, while incorporating elements from the ISO access panel standard, 26362, which was published in 2009.
A draft of the updated standard has been published online and interested parties have until 6 March to comment on the document.
