UK— Six staff have been promoted within the research department at the Central Office of Information (COI), the UK government’s marketing arm.
Hayley Equi has been appointed group head of the security and justice team, while Mairi Budge becomes research consultant manager within the transport and environment team.
Other newly appointed research consultant managers are Jane Breeze in the health team and Louise Stacey and Katie Jonas in the families and skills team.
Finally, Jonathan Arthurs has been appointed research consultant in the rights, benefits and defence team.
The COI’s research department is headed by director Fiona Wood. It spends more than £20m annually on research.
