US — Database marketing consultancy, Cogensia, has hired eight new members of staff to built its technical expertise.
Mindi Barber joins as an account manager and Ina Rajewski as an account coordinator. Rajewski previously spent five years at Experian.
Thomas Schar is now director, information technology while David Nomo joins Cogensia as senior developer. Bryan Endres, Shan Jiang and Sandeep Yarradoddi join as senior analysts and Angus Yang as an analyst.
