UK— Online research technology firm Cobalt Sky has seen its revenue rise 20% in the first half of its financial year, reaching £857,000.
The figure for December 2010-May 2011 was up from £713,000 in the same period the previous year.
It excludes the acquisition of MRDC Services’ UK data management operation and data entry centre in Thailand.
Managing director Raz Khan said: “Inevitably recession makes you reappraise what you are doing. We decided to use some of our accumulated reserves to invest in strategic planning, business development and marketing. We now have to lock in this growth and continue to build our business.”
