Colón-Diaz (pictured) is a sociology expert, and will work with clients on design, analysis and strategy of projects. He is currently completing a PhD in sociology, specialising in health and life course, disability studies and medical sociology.

As well as working with brand and marketing teams, Leopold will offer thought leadership in emerging areas of healthcare and life science industries.

Before joining CMI he worked at Market Strategies, Adelphi Research and C3Rsearch.

Scott Layne, president of CMI, said: “CMI’s focus continues to be on understanding the science behind the ‘why’ in what drives and influences human behaviour. The promotion of Will and addition of Matthew to the CMI team exemplifies our commitment to bringing together high calibre individuals with diverse backgrounds that are in line with our strategic focus on behavioural sciences.”
