Sowder was most recently vice-president, global advanced analytics at Toluna, where she led global, cross-functional teams.
At CMB, Sowder will lead the company’s advanced analytics and data capabilities, overseeing the advanced analytics and data management teams.
In addition, Sowder will support CMB’s use of AI and automation, including modernising research design and analytics.
