SWEDEN— Online research agency BuzzBack has expanded into the Nordic region with the opening of a new office in Sweden.
The firm has hired Marie Hayling, formerly of TNS Gallup, to lead the new office in Gothenburg, which will serve consumer products, pharma and financial services clients across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
Hayling (pictured) spent 15 years working for TNS. She left the company two years ago and has since worked as a regional manager for IC-Potential and as a consultant at Wikner&Co QM. Prior to TNS, she ran her own company, Haytech, and was a lecturer at the University of Miami.
BuzzBack Europe managing director Martin Oxley said: ”As our European business continues to grow, we look forward to introducing our unique tools to clients looking for new ways to engage consumers and facilitate emotional learning online. The Nordic region represents significant opportunities for us.”
