UK – Insight and strategy consultancy BritainThinks has made a raft of promotions, with 12 people changing roles.
Among the promotions was Julia Ridpath (pictured), who has become research director. She joined BritainThinks in 2015 from the Labour Party, and was an associate director before her latest promotion.
Richenda Devereux has also been promoted to director of operations, and is responsible for implementing BritainThinks’ operational strategy. She recently led the company’s successful B Corporation accreditation, and joined the firm in 2019.
Helen Mason-Belshaw has been appointed director of finance, having been working in the company’s finance team since 2018.
Katharine Allen, Tom Brookes, Talia Coroniti, Allie Jennings and Clare Palmer have all been promoted to research lead.
BritainThinks has also promoted Rhian Scott, Alice Hayward, Charles Long and James Cox to senior research executive.
