The name change will see a new logo, website and social media handles implemented immediately, although the company’s official registered name will remain CM Monitor (Britain Thinks) Limited for the time being.

The company said the rebranding would better reflect the global nature of its business and the breadth of services it offers clients, as well as creating a single point of contact with the business.

There will be no changes to the business’ work, staff or services as a result of the change of name and branding.

Thinks Insight & Strategy was established in 2010 and is majority owned by an employee ownership trust, as well as being a certified B-Corporation.

Viki Cooke, chair at Thinks Insight & Strategy, said: “Thinks Insight & Strategy offers the platform we need to give clients seamless, bespoke, and strategically focused advice and counsel no matter where they are on the globe.

“It provides a perfect launchpad for our future, where insight, strategy, dialogue and behavioural approaches are delivered to the highest levels by a superstar team, all of whom hold a stake in our employee-owned agency.”

Ben Shimshon, managing partner at Thinks Insight & Strategy, said: “Becoming Thinks Insight & Strategy reflects how our agency has evolved and points to where we’re going next.

“With our recently launched behavioural practice and our growing international footprint, Thinks Insight and Strategy offers a foundation for the next phase of our development.”
