Thinks Insight & Strategy expands team
Ferdinand (pictured) was previously leading research at youth and engagement agency Beatfreaks, having also completed a PhD in creative industries and cultural policy and worked as an academic supervisor.
John Corbey has also been hired as head of design and has previously produced creative training programmes in advertising and design.
Thinks has also appointed Sarah Canning from Ideo as senior research executive and Emily Melling, most recently at Ipsos Mori, as research executive.
Recent promotions include Jennifer Summers to research director, Loulwa Al Rasheed-Wright to associate director, and Isabelle Evans, Alex Howard-Wyse and Michael Keating to senior research executives.
