UK & US – Research technology business Bolt Insight has appointed Eric Dolan as head of North America.

Dolan has around 15 years of insights leadership experience at Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson and, most recently, Kenvue.

In his roles across global consumer insights and business intelligence, he led digital transformation efforts and put in place cross-functional collaboration models between insights, R&D and commercial teams.

He will lead Bolt Insight’s North American business, with a focus on expanding adoption of the company’s offer, which includes AI-based qualitative research platform BoltChatAI.

Hakan Yurdakul, chief executive and co-founder, Bolt Insight, said: “Eric recognises both the strategic pressures brands face and the power of AI to unlock faster, deeper consumer understanding. He’s exactly the kind of leader we need to help more companies make smarter, behaviour-based decisions at scale.”

Founded in 2020, Bolt Insight is headquartered in London with an office in Istanbul, Turkey.
