US — BlueConic has launched a mobile app listening tool, allowing organisations to sync mobile customer data with customer data on the web.
The tool allows marketers to track individual customer behaviour within a mobile app, including what tabs they were on and for how long, where and when they swiped, as well as what purchases were made and when they ‘closed out’.
This activity is then synced with the user’s profile that has been built through interactions with the brand via email, the web or in store.
