Blink gets Gilmore’s Qualitative Research Services Division

US — User experience research and design group Blink Interactive has acquired the Qualitative Research Services Division from The Gilmore Research Group.

The Qualitative Research Services Division provides participant recruiting services through its database of 45,000 vetted individuals in the Pacific Northwest as well as focus group facility rentals.

Rebranded as Northwest Insights, the team will continue to be managed by former director of Qualitative Research Services at Gilmore,Donna Glosser, and will use Gilmore’s focus suites as it builds its own facilities.

Glosser said: “Over the past few decades, we built a highly sophisticated recruiting database and its great to see its continued us. We are now looking forward to evolving our business through innovative thinking around end-user feedback.”
