Billups acquires Belgian OOH firm

US – Out-of-home (OOH) managed services agency Billups has acquired Brussels-headquartered OOH agency Outsight for an undisclosed amount.

The deal will help Billups launch in Belgium and enhance company’s presence and reach within the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg) region, with Outsight serving as a counterpart to the company’s Dutch office and European headquarters in Amsterdam.

With the acquisition of Outsight, Billups now operates in 16 countries across North America, Europe and southeast Asia.
The acquisition also follows Billups’ deals to buy TAC Media in September and OOH Labs in October 2023.
