Bilendi expands UX platform to new markets

BilendiUX provides access to proprietary panels in 44 countries, and is a self-service platform designed for product and user experience (UX) teams to find participants for interviews, usability testing, unmoderated tests and surveys.
Following the expansion in the Americas, BilendiUX will be present in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, the US, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Puerto Rico, Bolivia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela.
Bilendi said that the expansion was part of the company’s policy to help bridge the gap between traditional market research and the UX research sector.
Marc Bidou, chief executive and founder at Bilendi, said: “After seeing the strong momentum and high satisfaction rates from our clients in France, expanding BilendiUX to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain and Latin America was the logical next step.
“We are bringing the reliability of market research-grade data to the fast paced world of UX, providing UX teams in both markets with the localised tools they need to make informed, user-centric decisions.”
