Bilendi expands research platform into multi-country projects

Bilendi Discuss will allow multi-country projects to be managed within a single unified environment, allowing users to switch in between markets and using automated translation, localisation and scripting tools.
The platform is supported by Bari (Bilendi Artificial Research Intelligence), which can help design questionnaires, structure interactions, analyse responses and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
The new capabilities include allowing Bari to compare insights across countries, as well as market-specific deep dives and unified, multi-country strategic narratives.
Bari also helps with suggesting follow-up questions, detecting emerging themes and structuring large volumes of data.
Marc Bidou, chief executive and founder at Bilendi, said: “By unifying multi-country operations in a single AI-driven workflow and enabling real-time cross-market intelligence, we empower teams to move from questions to global insight.”
