Behaviorally names London customer success and marketing manager

UK – Shopper research business Behaviorally has appointed Caroline Thorneycroft as customer success and marketing manager in its London office.

Thorneycroft (pictured) was most recently head of group marketing at MeteoGroup, where she led the company’s marketing work across multiple regions and worked as a member of the management team.

Her previous positions include head of marketing at the British Polish Chamber of Commerce, campaign manager at Post Office Ltd and exhibitions director at James Hyman Fine Art.

In her new role at Behaviorally, Thorneycroft will focus on customer and client satisfaction and supporting key marketing and communications initiatives.

New VP for regional business development
Behaviorally has also appointed Gabriel Velez as vice-president, regional business development based in Miami, US, and leading strategic growth initiatives and expanding the company’s presence in Central and South America.

Before joining Behaviorally, Velez held leadership roles at Crowd Answers, Zappi, System1 and GFK.
