Behaviorally combines product and technology with promotion

Cousot (pictured) joined Behaviorally in August 2023 as senior vice-president, head of product, and has been leading the company’s product development efforts, including the launch of pack design intelligence platform MyBehaviorally in 2025.
In his new role, Cousot will add a focus on expanding the company’s decision infrastructure, connecting behavioural data, predictive AI and other tools to support brands in product and package development.
Behaviorally also announced five promotions across the company’s data science, quality, finance and insights departments: Remi Denoyer to lead data scientist; Frederick Lim to head of digital trust, quality and process excellence; Matthew Bari to finance manager; and Rebecca Bruckstein and Karina Hall to insights analyst.
Alex Hunt, chief executive at Behaviorally, said: “Thibault has been instrumental in delivering our tech-led product strategy.
“Bringing product and technology together under his leadership is the natural next step as we build out the decision infrastructure.”
