UK – Integrated communications agency Beattie has partnered with data and customer insights firm Destination 5.0.
The strategic partnership will see Destination 5.0 provide enhanced customer insights for Beattie, and will cover qualitative and quantitative research, data analytics and behavioural economics.
Beattie is an integrated communications firm working in PR, digital, social media, creative, content, advertising, direct marketing and voice search optimisation.
The company is headquartered in London and has 16 offices across the UK, the Republic of Ireland and Canada, including in Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, Dublin and Toronto.
Destination 5.0 is an insight and research company specialising in interim insight management.
Laurna Woods, chief executive of Beattie Communications, said: “Consumer behavior is changing rapidly due to Covid-19, as a result many brands are having to re-think their digital, customer experience and marketing strategies, so really understanding customers at this point in time is absolutely critical.
“Insights provided by Destination 5.0 will enable us to offer our clients better communications, brand and customer strategies as well as an enhanced return on investment.”
