Avery Dennison hires Leith man Appleton for Euro insights role

GERMANY— Stationery firm Avery Dennison has hired Edward Appleton as European consumer insights manager, responsible for all qualitative and quantitative research in the region.

Appleton joins from The Leith Agency in Scotland, where he was a senior planner for Leithal Thinking, the agency’s brand consultancy arm.

Prior to that he was manager for brand marketing and market research at chemicals manufacturer Rohm & Haas, and is a former market research manager for Nestle.
