Furnari was most recently general manager, director of product and technology at Amazon Ads, where he led global teams across data science, engineering, product management and programme management.

Prior to Amazon, he spent a decade at Nielsen, during which time he launched its audience segmentation business.

As part of AudienceProject’s leadership team, Furnari will focus on driving forward tools to help advertisers, agencies and publishers measure the effectiveness of marketing investments and prove the value of media inventory.

Thomas Gregers Honoré, chief executive, AudienceProject, said: “Bruno’s deep expertise in ad tech, measurement, and large-scale technology leadership will be vital as we scale AudienceProject and deliver on our mission.”
