Aston Martin taps Beehive for customer satisfaction programme
The two firms have been working together since October 2010, when Beehive ran a company-wide consultation exercise to understand what Aston Martin required from its market intelligence. This was followed by some customer understanding research in key territories.
Full contracts were signed earlier this summer, and Beehive MD Paul Kavanagh says the research programme is now “well underway”.
“This is a fantastic project for us to be working on,” said Kavanagh. “There will be some difficult research challenges ahead but we are working with a great team, a great product and are looking forward to implementing the plan over the next three years.”
