UK— Aston Martin, the iconic car brand, has commissioned Beehive to work with it on developing and implementing a research framework for its global customer satisfaction and insight programme.
The two firms have been working together since October 2010, when Beehive ran a company-wide consultation exercise to understand what Aston Martin required from its market intelligence. This was followed by some customer understanding research in key territories.
Full contracts were signed earlier this summer, and Beehive MD Paul Kavanagh says the research programme is now “well underway”.
“This is a fantastic project for us to be working on,” said Kavanagh. “There will be some difficult research challenges ahead but we are working with a great team, a great product and are looking forward to implementing the plan over the next three years.”
