Askpolly expands Microsoft relationship

CANADA – Social media research business Askpolly has integrated its platform with Microsoft Copilot Cowork.

Microsoft building

The integration will allow customers to combine Askpolly’s social insights with their own sales data inside Microsoft tools they already use, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power BI and Copilot.

The agreement extends Askpolly’s existing relationship with Microsoft, with the company currently available through Microsoft Marketplace to anyone with a Copilot subscription.

Askpolly is based in Ottawa and measures social media conversations, using the information to inform insights.

Erin Kelly, co-founder and chief executive at Askpolly, said: “Data insights professionals want real opinions, not synthetic data, and they need their information kept secure. That data is their competitive moat, so uploading it to the cloud feels risky, especially given recent high-profile IP theft.

“Integrating Askpolly with Copilot Cowork makes rigorous market research easier to run inside a company’s existing tech environment. Teams can go from question to evidence-based report in minutes while keeping full control of their data."
