Apollo Intelligence names chief people officer

US – Global healthcare and life sciences data and insights business Apollo Intelligence has appointed Rey Lado as chief people officer.

In his new role, which is a new position in the company, Lado will serve as a strategic adviser to chief executive Daniel Fitzgerald and counsel to the executive team on human resources issues.

Before joining Apollo, Lado was vice-president of human resources at Ciox Health, and has also held prior roles at Cox Automotive, UPS, Accenture and Delta Airlines.

Apollo Intelligence, a portfolio company of Frazier Healthcare, is a first-party healthcare data collection and custom survey tools firm that has more than 250 employees in 13 countries across the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Fitzgerald said: “Our most important asset at Apollo is our people, and with Rey Lado on our team, Apollo gains a chief advocate with the organisational and team development skills that can help guide us through our next transformative phase of growth.

Rey will help expand the team’s capabilities and equip us to optimise not just the Apollo of today, but the Apollo of tomorrow.”
