Apollo Intelligence names head of diversity council

US – Healthcare and life science insights business Apollo Intelligence has appointed Mili Bhatia as senior chair of its diversity, equity, inclusion and advancement (DEIA) council.

Bhatia is senior vice-president of client services for Apollo’s Survey Healthcare Global business, responsible for global quantitative research with a focus on diverse healthcare panel recruitment.

In her role leading the DEIA Council for the business, Bhatia will lead DEIA initiatives and internal diversity metrics, working with the chief people officer and executive team. She will also help Apollo guide clients in adopting best practices to source more diverse patient and prescriber insights. 

Daniel S. Fitzgerald, president and chief executive of Apollo Intelligence, said: “Mili has been a champion of, and owned, the DEIA mantle since the Council’s inception nearly four years ago. We are thrilled to let her vision and commitment lead our dedicated committee. Their work will help us carry this message forward and ensure that diversity opportunities are identified, represented, discussed, and acted upon from the top down.”
