Angry Birds creator signs up for Medio analytics

US/FINLAND— Rovio Entertainment, the creator of Angry Birds, has signed up to use Medio Systems’ range of mobile analytics tools to enhance fan engagement across its range of games.

The Medio product suite of location-aware technology will gather data from Rovio downloads across all consumer platforms, including Google Chrome, Android devices and Apple iPhones and iPads. The data gathered will be used to point gamers in the direction of new games and services.

Medio CEO Robert Lilleness said: “Our platform will provide Rovio the tools to make real-time product changes that optimise game play, fan satisfaction and revenue.”
