US— Web analytics startup Space Pencil has raised $2.8m and $1m in two separate funding rounds, according to filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Little is known about the company at this stage as it appears to be developing in ‘stealth mode’. However the SEC filings reveal that the company is headed by Hiten Shah, who has previously founded online marketing firm ACS, and web testing and measurement firms CrazyEgg and KissMetrics.
Research has contacted Shah for comment.
