In his new role, in which he will directly report to chief client officer Maggie Merklin, Barrett will be focusing on accelerating existing and new customer business growth across the entire EMEA region.

Before joining Analytic Partners, he was senior vice-president for EMEA and APAC and global head of news and media at Dataminr, responsible for the international go-to-market of its SaaS AI and machine learning platform.

Commenting on the appointment, Merklin said: “With his vast experience in creating customer value and proven success in developing global technology businesses, Jonathan will be an outstanding addition to the team. He will play a key role in growing our presence and guiding strategy for Analytic Partners across EMEA.”
