Ampere Analysis opens US office

UK – Media analysis firm Ampere Analysis has opened its first office in North America and appointed a team of four people to lead its work.

The office will be based in the Culver City area of Los Angeles and will serve broadcast and media clients including film studios, streaming firms, telecommunications businesses and pay TV operators, TV channel groups and technology companies.

Guy Bisson will lead the new office, and is currently co-founder and executive director at Ampere Analysis.

Jordan Lucoff has been named director of business development, and will be responsible for attracting new business to the firm and account management.

Before joining Ampere, Lucoff led client growth for companies including Maru, Kantar, WPP’s JWT Inside, Interpublic’s McCann Erickson and Dailey.

Other team members include Ben French, analyst and an MBA graduate in entertainment, media and sports management from Pepperdine University, California, and Christen Tamisin, analyst and a psychology and philosophy graduate from UC Davis university in California.

Ampere Analysis is a London-based firm that was founded in January 2015, focusing on games, sports, pay and multiscreen TV and next-generation content distribution.

“I’m confident Ben, Christen, Jordan, and Guy will provide data, insight, support, and consultancy for our growing list of US-based clients. We plan to grow the LA team rapidly over the next 18 months.”
