Alida adds user research AI assistant
The AI assistant will allow researchers to summarise themes, identify key insights, generate visualisations and recommended actions, and share findings.
The tool integrates with Alida’s research platform’s reporting workflows.
The assistant is part of a wider set of AI tools on Alida’s platform, that the company has added with the aim of boosting the quality of open-ended responses.
In addition to launching the the assistant, Alida has expanded its unmoderated usability testing, with its platform now including integrated Figma prototype testing.
