US— Affinnova, a developer of concept optimisation technology, has reported annual sales up 44% for the year ending June 2011.
Quarterly sales were up 147% in Europe, where the firm has recently hired a new senior vice president – Jerome Simulin, a former consultant and Nielsen Bases executive.
The company refused to disclose financial data, though the latest Honomichl report on the top 50 US agencies put Affinnova’s 2010 worldwide revenue at $21.3m, $4.3m of which was from outside the US.
Affinnova is in expansion mode following the release of Iddea II, its second-generation product innovation platform, last year.
It has hired 40 new members of staff in recent months, including Simulin, chief marketing officer Jeffrey Henning and senior director of strategic marketing Tamara Barber.
Affinnova is headed by president and CEO Waleed Al-Atraqchi (pictured).
