CANADA— Mobile marketing software company Adenyo has acquired a number of IP and software assets and a specialised business unit from aerospace engineering consultancy KinetX, which Adenyo says will boost its predictive consumer analytics capabilities.
The acquisition includes KinetX Analytics Search Technologies (Kast), its automated analytics software engine PredictiveIQ, and the Kast engineering staff who join the Adenyo team. Financial terms have not been disclosed.
Adenyo chairman Tyler Nelson said: “The Kast platform is a truly disruptive technology that will have huge implications on how we think about real-time predictive analytics and business intelligence. Context-driven direct marketing and predictive analytics modelling are critical differentiators for businesses looking to engage customers in compelling marketing communications.”
