FRANCE – Accenture has agreed to acquire Paris-based healthcare strategic advisory company OpusLine for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition will expand Accenture’s offer for health clients, including data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) services.
In addition to consulting for public and private sector healthcare providers, OpusLine works with life science and insurance companies.
Following the completion of the deal, its workforce of 85 consultants will join Accenture Strategy & Consulting’s new health practice.
Olivier Girard, market unit lead, Accenture France & Benelux, said: "OpusLine’s extensive industry knowledge complements Accenture’s deep technology expertise and would provide our clients in France with greater access to local and global industry expertise as they embrace new technologies and processes."
Alix Pradere, OpusLine’s founder and associate partner, said: "We are particularly excited about the opportunity to leverage Accenture’s capabilities in digital and cybersecurity to deliver enhanced patient and customer experiences."
The acquisition is subject to closing conditions.
