Accenture agrees Founders Intelligence acquisition

UK – Global professional services giant Accenture has acquired strategy consulting firm Founders Intelligence for an undisclosed fee.

The agreement will see Founders Intelligence’s 35 staff join Accenture’s innovation practice, and will help Accenture create and scale new business models and focus on innovation.

Founders Intelligence was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in London, focusing on strategy and growth plans for tech enterprises and FTSE 100 companies.

The acquisition follows the 2019 deals to buy innovation firm ?WhatIf! and digital ventures consultancy Bow & Arrow. In 2021, Accenture also acquired IT services company Trivadis AG, bringing the firm into Accenture’s cloud services division.
