Accenture set to acquire French agency Altima
The full-service digital commerce agency is headquartered in France and also has offices in China, Canada and the US.
The acquisition, subject to closing conditions, will boost the capabilities of Accenture Interactive’s customer experience offering in France and other markets globally. The financial terms have not been disclosed.
Founded in 1997 and employing 370 people, Altima offers customer experience strategy, user experience design, digital marketing services and multichannel commerce platform implementation.
Christian Nibourel, Accenture country managing director in France and Benelux, said: “The acquisition of Altima would put Accenture Interactive in France in an excellent position to help businesses innovate the digital experiences and expand their footprint, locally and internationally.”
Once completed, the deal brings Accenture Interactive’s total number of acquisitions to 17 in the last four years, including design and innovation firm Matter and digital optimisation company Clearhead.
