US — Abt Associates has appointed Scott Royal as president and CEO of its survey research and data collection arm Abt SRBI.
Royal has been promoted from Abt’s division vice president for US Health, a position he has held since 2008.
Current CEO of Abt SRBI Mark Schulman will continue to have a key role in the company, focusing on day-to-day oversight of project execution and client relationships.
Executive vice president for global business at Abt Associates Jay Knott commented: “We are confident Scott and Mark together will take Abt SRBI to the next level, both in enabling greater collaboration with Abt Associates and winning larger projects.”
