US – Human experience research platform Dscout has released a new usability testing feature on its platform.
The usability testing feature will allow users to access new task questions, continuous recording, prototype testing and key usability metrics such as time-on-task and ease ratings.
The company has also created a new user type, which it calls the ‘contributor seat’, which it said would allow users to focus on foundational, generative and evaluative research, while allowing cross-functional teammates to run research of their own with guard rails and approvals.
Michael Winnick, founder and chief executive at Dscout, said: “At Dscout, we’ve responded to our clients’ needs by enhancing our platform with increased usability testing, creating a unified space where comprehensive research activities can seamlessly unfold across internal teams.”
