OneMagnify acquires data analytics and AI company

US – Marketing and data company OneMagnify has acquired data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) business RXA for an undisclosed amount.

The agreement will see RXA augment OneMagnify’s analytics and insights capabilities, with RXA employees, including the leadership team, joining OneMagnify.

OneMagnify, which was founded in 1967 and is backed by private equity firm Crestview Partners, is a supplier of data-driven and integrated marketing, analytics and technology tools and is based in offices in the US, China, Germany and India.

RXA was founded in 2016, is based in Ann Arbor in Michigan and provides business data analytics and AI tools.

Mark Petroff, chief executive at OneMagnify, said: “We welcome RXA and its impressive team to OneMagnify. The combination of our marketing and data-driven solutions with RXA’s AI technology and talent will help to accelerate our growth and allow us to deliver an expanded suite of data science services to our clients.”
