Mikayla Samuels has joined Nature as associate director after 10 years with Kantar in Australia, the UK and Europe.

Khushboo Pandey has also been named associate director, having previously been at The Evolved Group and most recently focused on insight and strategic advisory to global retail and fast-moving consumer goods clients.

Sophie Wallis is the third and final associate director appointed by Nature, with her prior role being an insights analyst at Finder and having started her career as management consultant at Grant Thornton.

Rachel Leticia has been appointed design specialist, having previously worked on the design team at Forethought.

Leticia will be responsible for building Nature’s data visualisation and design capabilities across a range of media.

Justin Connally, partner and Melbourne managing director at Nature, said: “We’re really excited to be able to welcome these five new people to Nature Melbourne.
