US – NielsenIQ, formerly Nielsen Global Connect, will use Qualtrics’ brand experience management software to inform its brand measurement service.
The NielsenIQ ‘Winning Brands’ service for market insights includes brand tracking and in-depth brand reviews.
Through the partnership with Qualtrics, the joint approach will allow brands to capture metrics including Brand Equity Index on one platform. It will include pre-built analytics, automated workflows and dashboards.
According to NielsenIQ, it will offer organisations a full overview of brand health based on consumer feedback.

Nielsen completed the sale of NielsenIQ in March 2021.
