UK – Software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform Cledara has generated $3.4m in a funding round led by Nauta Capital.
The money will be used to support Cledara’s product growth and international expansion. Existing investors Anthemis were also involved in the funding round.
A pre-seed funding round for Cledara closed last year, raising a total of $930,000.
Cledara, which was founded in 2018 and is based in London, runs a SaaS purchase and management platform, and operates in 20 countries across Europe, including the UK, France, Germany, Spain and Ireland.
Cristina Vila (pictured right with co-founder Brad van Leeuwen), chief executive and co-founder of Cledara, said: “This round comes at a point in time when a successful transition to the cloud is critical for businesses and economies everywhere.”
