UK – Full service market research agency, Accent, has been awarded a three year contract by water regulator, Ofwat, for customer satisfaction and experience research.
The contract will be conducted among water companies’ domestic and developer customers and encompasses all water and sewerage companies across England and Wales. The contract is worth £1m.
