Confirmit updates platform and adds rewards
Among the new additions is free fieldwork reporting, which automates processes for simple review and analysis of survey results. It includes survey performance measures, key metrics, top line results, cross tabs, quota details and survey verbatims.
Wale Omiyale, senior vice-president market research at Confirmit, said: "This new reporting capability makes it even easier for clients to gain instant access to the key information they need to understand the progress and success of their survey projects."
Confirmit has also introduced support for its customers to more easily deliver survey respondent rewards by partnering with reward platform, Virtual Incentives. The integrated offering is designed to attract respondents, increase response rates and eliminate the inefficiencies of manual rewards processes.
