SINGAPORE – Kantar Public has launched an office in Singapore, to be led by Sandra Lim, former general manager at MRC.
The new practice will focus on research, data and analytics, government communications effectiveness, digital service design and delivery and behaviour change.
Lim (pictured), executive director of the new Singapore office, joins from MRC, where she was general manager. She previously spent 10 years at Millward Brown and four at TNS.
