The ‘How’s Our Game’ programme collects feedback from customers across 340 Game outlets in the UK.

Shoppers are asked to report on their in-store experience via an online survey, accessed through details on their receipt. In return for their feedback, customers are entered into a prize draw for £200 worth of Game vouchers.

Fred Prego, reward and insight director at Game, said that with the launch next month of the new Xbox One and PlayStation 4 consoles, “We are about to embark on the most exciting period the gaming community has ever seen.

“As a result it’s important we deliver for the UK gaming community, giving gamers what they want – a timely, relevant and personalised offering. This consumer insight is key to tailoring and improving everything from our product range to the customer shopping experience, and is one of our key points of difference.”

Game is owned by OpCapita, which bought the firm out of administration last year.
